Brief introduction of ISO 14644-1:2015 and querying to related issues

Relevant domestic standards for cleanrooms are formulated in accordance with ISO 14644-1:1999 and are currently being revised with reference to the 2015 edition. Presents the main contents of the ISO 14644-1:2015, and discusses the obvious change of sampling point number in the test method of air cleanliness classification of the 2015 version compared to the 1999 version. Questions the determination method of sampling point number in ISO 14644-1:2015. Puts forward a proposal for determining the number sampling points that is different from ISO 14644-1:2015 based on the domestic cleanroom testing experience, providing the reference for related standards revision in China. Discusses the current situation of the formulation of relevant domestic standards for cleanrooms and associated controlled environment.
